By accessing or using HERIINDEX.com, the HERI platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. You will not attempt to interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to access them by any means other than the interfaces we provide.
Accounts & Access
Certain Services require an account or contractual relationship. You are responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual Property
The HERI name, logo, methodology, scoring framework, and Services are the property of HERI or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services consistent with these Terms or the agreement governing your subscription.
Confidentiality
Information shared between you and HERI in the course of evaluating or using the Services may be confidential. Both parties agree to handle such information consistent with reasonable confidentiality practices and any applicable agreement.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HERI provides healthcare equity analytics and decision-support tools; HERI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Outputs are intended to support — not replace — clinical and operational judgment by qualified professionals.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HERI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
